配置 PagerDuty

Cloudflare 的通知服务支持将通知路由到 PagerDuty。通过将通知发送到 PagerDuty，您可以利用与其他接入 PagerDuty 的第三方服务相同的服务定义和升级路径。

当您之前设置的配置触发 PagerDuty 通知时，Cloudflare 将代表您向 PagerDuty 发送该通知。为该通知配置的所有 PagerDuty 服务都将收到该通知。PagerDuty 将根据服务的配置适当处理通知。去重和速率限制等操作取决于通知类型。

要将 PagerDuty 用作已连接服务，您必须注册 PagerDuty 账户 ↗。

1. 在 Cloudflare 仪表板中，前往 Notifications（通知） 页面。

   Go to Notifications ↗

2. 前往 Destinations（目标）。

3. 在 Connected notification services（已连接的通知服务） 卡片中，选择 Connect（连接）。

4. 登录您的 PagerDuty 账户 ↗，将其连接到您的 Cloudflare 账户。

5. 选择您要使用的服务，然后选择 Connect（连接）。

6. 浏览器将返回 Cloudflare 仪表板。选择 Continue（继续）。

您新连接的 PagerDuty 将显示在 Connected notification services（已连接的通知服务） 卡片中。

要编辑连接到您 Cloudflare 账户的 PagerDuty 服务，您必须先断开 PagerDuty 与 Cloudflare 的连接，在 PagerDuty 中进行所需更改，然后重新连接。

断开 PagerDuty 连接将禁用当前配置为发送到 PagerDuty 的任何通知。如果 PagerDuty 是唯一配置的目标，断开连接可能导致该通知没有任何目标。

如果选择了其他投递目标，则这些通知仍将按照配置的方式路由。

1. 在 Cloudflare 仪表板中，前往 Notifications（通知） 页面。

   Go to Notifications ↗

2. 前往 Destinations（目标）。

3. 在 Connected notification services（已连接的通知服务） 卡片中，选择您要断开连接的 PagerDuty 服务上的 View（查看）。

4. 选择 Disconnect（断开连接） > Confirm（确认）。

5. 登录您的 PagerDuty 账户 ↗，进行所需更改。

6. 重新将 PagerDuty 连接到 Cloudflare。
